Outside you will find a patio with a gas grill and fireplace overlooking the tidal river. Inside has an expansive first floor that features a stunning screened in porch overlooking the tidal river, well equipped Kitchen, 2 dining areas, a living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a sliding door to the back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. With central air conditioning! Bedroom #1: First floor King bed. Sliding door with views of the tidal river. Bedroom #2: Second floor King bed. Balcony overlooking the tidal river. Full bathroom en-suite! Bedroom #3: Second floor Queen bed with a walk in closet. Bedroom #4: Second floor bunk room. Full size bed on bottom, twin on top!
