First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. However, even that key didn't work well and kept getting stuck in the door. One appeal of this property was it's "dog friendly" policy. This enabled us to bring our dog (great right?l. Not really. My friend spent the first evening wiping urine off the baseboards left by a previous tenant. We called property management and they said they would notify the property manager about the urine on the walls and the leaking air conditioner. Yes, the AC couldn't be used without creating water damage on the furniture below it so we opted to keep it off. We really thought our problems would be resolved, but they were not. Our final straw was when we discovered the powerful odor of human urine in the shower. Absolutely foul. Best part?
