We especially liked this lovely home's location - beautiful marsh view with occasional deer, ducks, and egrets - and on a quiet street.The home's description was accurate and there was room for all of us comfortably. It was a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach, and the teens enjoyed the longer doable walk to the Kennebunkport shops. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, maybe a cart, and puzzles and games as these are not available at the house. ##### Ronald K. The listing’s pictures were accurate, as well as the description provided. The location couldn’t be beat, as we walked to downtown Kennebunkport and Gooch’s beach numerous times. The only negative, which didn’t affect our stay that much, was that the trash barrels outside were full before we arrived and the back door was semi broken (which prompted me to communicate with the host to make sure they knew we aren’t liable for such). Besides that, it was a great and easy stay. Vacasa and VRBO made the check in and check out experience smooth and efficient. ##### Nicholas Q.
