The Little Nest. Spacious house in the heart of town

Stay in our cosy 3 bedroom home in the heritage town of Kenmare. Just a short walk to lively pubs, great restaurants, and local shops. Nestled between the Kerry and Cork mountains, it’s the perfect base for exploring the Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara. Includes Wi-Fi and free parking.

The Space:
The Little Nest is a perfect base for your holiday, ideal for families with children or friends looking to stay close to town.

Ground floor:
Spacious living room with a sofa and a comfy sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for relaxed meals.
Guest toilet and washing machine (no tumble dryer).

First floor:
Main bedroom with a Super King bed and private en suite (shower only).
Second bedroom with a double bed.
Third bedroom with bunk beds - great for kids or the young at heart.
Main bathroom with bath and shower.

Super fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV included.
Travel cot available on request.

We enjoyed the Little Nest. Perfect for four adults (with room for more). Easy walk into Kenmare for restaurants, pubs and history, plus easy access to a day or two spent exploring the Ring of Kerry. Convenient and cute!

We loved Kenmare! This house was incredibly convenient to the heart of town, and was tidy and had everything we could need. Our host was great at communicating, and had terrific suggestions for food and coffee. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location in a great town!

The Little Nest was the perfect location for exploring Kenmare and surrounding area. You can walk downtown for all the shops, restaurants and pubs. The energy on the streets was always vibrant and enthusiastic! For driving to Killarney, the house is located on the outskirts of town so you can hit the main road without having to navigate through all the shoppers in the downtown. Then house is well stocked throughout. We cooked amazing meals with local produce and lamb. Communications with Catherine Ann were excellent. Immediate responses to every request and question we had. Kenmare is a great town to visit and great location for touring the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula and Killarney National Park. And The Little Nest is the perfect house to relax in at the end of the day.

Perfect place to stay for the Ring of Kerry!

Lovely home for a family of five. Very clean and spacious. Great spot in Kenmare. The host was very attentive, making sure we got in okay and everything was in order. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The odor throughout the property of mildew/dirt scent were unbearable. There was mold all around Both showers, dish rack was rusted, couches were stained and had a bad odor to that also, sheets were worn so bad that it there were holes, backyard is a view of broken apart fence and neighborhood consisted of multiple empty properties that were very unkept and appeared abandoned. We had to leave early due to the BAD odors, we informed host immediately and were told we would get refunded. Host later emailed informing me she was not going to refund and wouldn't discuss further. We do not agree with the owners explanation of new paint/carpet for reason of odor. It was FAR beyond any paint or carpet scent. I hope this review helps someone to not waste their money on this place with a Host that will Not even respond to requests.

There was a strong odor throughout the house and it smelled like cat urine. Two out of four of us are allergic and had to take meds. Otherwise, it was a very nice place and appreciated the great instructions. Thank you.

Nice location within easy walking distance to town. Unit was certainly adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there. But that’s Ireland, isn’t it?

Great two-story home stay near Kenmare town

We loved everything about this place: a lovely walk to town, a nice back yard, spacious bed and living room areas. Verrrry comfortable. And Kenmare is a big small town with great live trad music pubs!

Perfect Irish cottage experience great location.
