"We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Chesford Grange. Both the bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy however we felt both could do with a freshen up to feel more modern. All staff we met were very welcoming and friendly and the swimming pool and steam room was a nice addition to our stay. Overall we would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Great value also!"
"Good overall but room above the kitchen so the sound of pumps/motors all night could be challenging if you're a light sleeper. However there are other rooms away from the Kitchen.
Lots of stairs so not good if stairs are a challenge"

"Great hotel"

"Service exceptional from start to finish. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has a great vibe in the heart of the city. The staff at the bar, reception and restaurant were fantastic and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to tend to an extra request or two. Breakfast selection was impressive and very tasty indeed! Thanks to Guvinder on Reception at check-in for the breakfast recommendation and for going that extra mile to deliver something special for our celebratory trip to Birmingham."

"The hotel was good-in a great location for the centre of Birmingham and the Utilita Arena. The members of staff who welcomed us when we arrived was very friendly and remembered us when we checked it the following day. "
