« The apartment was lovely, so relaxing and the view was amazing. We had a little hiccup with receiving information about entering the property, this was my fault, but once I rang the management company they were very quick to send me the information so we were able to get in. Once we had parked right at the door and in the apartment it felt like home, very new, great shower and hot water. Bed was a king size and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus. I would recommend the...

« We were a family of 4 : 2 adult children : so having a bedroom each was important. Access and self check in was easy. The views were amazing: The heated floors in the bathrooms were really nice. :Lots of space and very close to downtown Queenstown. A very nice neighbourhood. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet paper provided. Some constructive feedback below I hope . The kitchen utensils and crockery needs to be a bit better: The Rangehood is not very effective in that it leave the...

« We had a fantastic stay at this property. The views were gorgeous and there was plenty of space for our family to all have bedrooms and then come together in the main living spaces. We did feel like some of the furniture could use updating, and there were a lot of stairs (which was fine for our group, but could be difficult for some people). It was a little bit tricky to get to as it is located on a hillside, and you do have to drive to get to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We enjoyed...

« Perfect sized accom for our family of four. Beds are comfy, bathrooms (2) new and well appointed with plenty of soap, shampoo etc and great quality linen. The views from the property of the lake and mountains were unbelievable, absolutely breathtaking. The walk to restaurants and centre of Queenstown was an easy one for us, although people with limited mobility may struggle with the uphill return walk. »
