The outdoor pool was closed the second day of our stay and the hot tub looked disgusting and brown the first day. There was garbage and debris everywhere on the resort and room was very run down. Hard to turn on main light switch shoved behind microwave shelf and nails sticking out.

Found a lot of Drug paraphernalia on the property. Pool was the best part. Outside grounds are the really only good thing, however there were many transient folks in the area and cutting through the property. I don’t recommend it for a vacation accommodation, but overnight it’s ok.

In spite of the fact that this property was a bit older and had a few needs for an improvement ; it was overall excellent experience due to layout and the courtyard with the grass and picnics tables. It qas pleasant.

Rude staff, unclear rules. Tree branch fell In court yard. Rooms had no sink toaster or microwave. People knocking on our door from the street. Horrible place. Pool was falling apart, sharp glass like bits everywhere.

First problem: you promote your property as a Resort, but it actually is a motel. You should be honest. Another problem is your housekeeping. We were given the key to a room that had not been cleaned and made ready. We opened the door to find a pile of trash on the kitchen floor. Disgusting! The desk clerk was proply appologetic, but had no more rooms at the pricepoint that we had booked. He then offered us a cheaper room but it was a depressing dump with big gaps in the floor tiles, a broken sliding door shade, a double bed, instead of a queen, little kitchen table and a broken armchair.The website photos depict a room with a queen bed, a couch, bedside tables with lamps, which is what we thought we were booking, and what we paid for. We decide not to stay, and the desk clerk refunded our payment willingly.

Pros: Good placce to stay close different estalishments and dining. Staffs are very friendly. Service is ok. They have indoor pool and outdoor pool as well. With playground for little ones. Cons: the place we stayed is a bit old. Limited power outlet and also the ourdoor pool need cleaning.
