Thank you for your review Phyllis... very sorry that this was not what you were expecting. RE WI-FI: We have a high-end commercial Internet system suitable for a building 10 times our size. When you called about the Internet it was working well... from time to time, guests have trouble with their log-in process on their devices. You were offered help with this but declined it. RE A/C: The a/c outlet in your room is very efficient, but if a window was open, that would certainly challenge it with our very hot weather. Can't think of any other possibility. RE HOSPITALITY: Our guest reviews for Abbaes B&B Express in Kelowna have been consistently excellent for years... even during the very challenging times of Covid. There is a very good reason for this. We do our utmost to accommodate every guest as much as possible. Guests are never an imposition, so am very sorry that you felt this way and that your expectations were not met.

Covid is certainly the reason why we make and have as little contact as possible, so that we can remain open and respect everyone's beliefs and protect the health of our guests and staff. Very challenging on both side. To help everyone before they arrive, the "Room only" designation is clearly indicated on our website and on the reservation information. Great effort to have optimal contact with guests is done by text or phone.
