"I've stayed in this hotel 3 times now, and love it! The suites are well-appointed and comfortable. I love the rooftop pool, and the view of the lake is spectacular. My only complaint is that we were on the main floor and our very cute balcony area could not be used as it faces the patio of the restaurant of the Delta, and there is no privacy. It might be nice to put some tall potted plants along the edges so that guests can make use of the seating area without feeling so exposed to diners on the very close patio next door."

"Staff were incredible- when everyone arrived at the restaurant in a short span of time they were organized, efficient and even brought bottles of water to those waiting. Check out staff were quick and front desk assisted when they saw a line. Everyone was incredibly polite and interested in making the experience exceptional. Food was also amazing!! Hotel was clean and modern-one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to-thank you!"

"This was the best property we stayed in during our 4 day trip. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated our toy poodle very well. They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!"

"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
