Villa Pleiada is a brand-new (2025) beachfront retreat located in the charming seaside village of Zola, Kefalonia, set directly on the tranquil shores of Agia Kyriaki Beach. This elegant villa is designed for those who desire refined simplicity and direct access to the sea, offering guests the rare opportunity to step from their private terrace straight onto the soft sands of the Ionian coast. With spectacular views of the turquoise waters and golden sunsets, Villa Pleiada delivers the perfect balance of modern luxury and natural beauty.  
  
The villa accommodates up to four guests across two tastefully appointed double bedrooms, each designed to maximise comfort with premium linens, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space. The contemporary open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a smart TV, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, microwave, and all essential appliances for an effortless self-catering stay. Large windows fill the interiors with sunlight, connecting the indoors seamlessly with the veranda and offering sweeping sea views.  
  
Outdoors, guests can relax on the spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers and a shaded dining area—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evening barbecues. The sound of the sea sets the rhythm for each day, while the nearby beach tavernas, cafés, and small fishing harbour are all within a minute’s stroll.
