Due to precautions concerning COVID19, most of the amenities were closed. Still it is a nice, convenient property and I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed here b4....it is good location and good breakfast... For me its a good stay ..the front desk employees are very nice and welcoming thats what makes you stay here. cant hide the property can use some updating....side note to mgn.t when they decide to put new flooring in the room ..please make sure you rip the old carpet out completely..before new flooring

The hotel is a little run down. Pool wasn't open in the morning like it was suppose to be so we didn't get to use it before we left and we were really looking forward to that 😢

I stayed here 2 nights in this place. Location is ok, The best part of the stay was the people( front desk staff) that work there, very pleasant welcoming and understanding. Breakfast is good here, hot eggs, potatoes, waffles , yogurt, bagels toasts, etc. Full breakfast. pool was open The place can use updates for sure, especially in public areas .Hopefully they can consider updating. They already have good staff in place, which is what can make you stay here as long as the price stays reasonable . Recommended.

We chose this hotel because the price was reasonable, upon arrival we were in our room within 10 mins. We had room 114 which has 2 queens and it is half way between the pool and the restaurant! The room had a microwave, small fridge, and was non smoking. The room was a bit dates but very clean and towels smelled clean but not bleach like. We double checked for creepy crawlers (im sure everyone worries about the same) we did not find any trace of anything. The pool was warm and pretty good size, plenty of towels our first night but they quickly got depleted after that. The sauna is a bit warn, but works perfectly! (I am Finnish, and I 100% approve of the sauna) The fitness room looks pretty but heck, im on vacation and im not trying to work off the french fries. Im an electrician and running wire takes care of the tubbs. The breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, cereal, waffle maker, coffee, juice, and homefries. Only complaint is there was no milk. But the breakfast area is very clean and staff are eager to assist ANY possible way they can. The bar is open and they have some pretty good food for being in house. The bar tender/chef has 2 adorable fur friends and he can grill one heck of a steak or chicken breast sandwich. I requested an off menu item and he was happy to oblige. The owners and staff are amazing here! The hotel is dated but the staff are amazing! Well worth taking the risk on this place, it's not the Hilton but it does the job!

Love your response but I think it is for the wrong hotel! The Quality Inn does not have a bar,sauna or kitchen except for breakfast. Sounds like you might have been at the Holiday Inn! In that case, I'm still thrilled you had a great time and all was good.

This is unfortunately and apparently the type of hotel that will CANCEL your room when they have any processing issues, will NOT inform you, will NOT call you, will just tell you nothing. and then 5 hours later when you drive through a snowstorm to get there. you'll find out you have no room and good luck have fun out there in the snow or you can sleep on the floor of your friend's room, and oh by the way we have no cots or anything we can give you, we just have nothing. Literally the same night, 4 boys who apparently purchased 2 rooms were also shoved into one room. Steve the night guy is alright, as much a victim of the day shift girl's issues as much as I was a victim of it and other guests.

Not sure if this was meant for the Quality Inn. We do not have employees by the above names and we would not cancel a reservation for non payment without trying to contact for another card first. We cannot hold rooms what do not have a guaranteed payment that is our policy. But not sure this was even about our hotel.

pictures are misleading. the place has a strong odor which my daughter and I were allergic to. We stayed the first night but canceled the other nights. not worth the $67. should probably be shut down

Place is run down most of the exit doors don’t close properly the free breakfast was disgusting the coffee was week and the cream for my coffee was sour worst hotel I have ever stayed at only good thing was the staff was very friendly Pleasse do your self a favor spend a couple of bucks and go next door to the other hotel that place is very nice

While the lobby was lovely, our room was woefully outdated and terribly dark. My husband did not find one of the mattress comfortable (it sloped towards the center). A little effort into improvement would go a long way, given the location and proximity to Mt. Snow.

Location and value for the price was very good. the negative was that the gym and pool were closed for repairs. The breakfast was ok but there was just one person during the busy weekend and things ran out (fruit, forks) that needed to be restored.

Convenient to highway, quiet, friendly staff. As others have noted, the hotel needs a cosmetic refresh and some minor repairs but everything in my room worked and I slept well for a good price. Would stay here again.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever visited! The hallway carpeting had wear and tear down to the floor beneath the carpeting leaving huge worn spots in the hall. There was no elevator so we lugged 3 suitcases up the stairs and the walls in the stairwell were literally falling apart and had huge gaps between the stair carpeting and walls. We got to the hotel room and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Other visitors we passed in the hall were all complaining of issues with their room keys. The property was down right dirty and clearly not being cared for. I took a picture of the hallway carpeting and the stairwell before we told the front desk that we were not going to stay there. Quality Inn should be ashamed to be associated with this property! The front desk said they could not give us our money back since we booked through Expedia. Overall, this was a horrific experience and we ended up having to find another hotel with availability in the area which was not easy being it was 8:30 on a Friday night, a holiday weekend and peak foliage in Vermont. If Expedia is not able to provide a refund, I will not be booking hotels this way again. Please let me know the best contact information for speaking with the appropriate Expedia representative to follow up on our concerns. Thank you in advance.

Property looks dated. In guest room 144, the crown molding is falling the wall/ceiling. Also, the red painted ceiling is showing some major peeling. Frankly, the choice a dark colored ceiling paint makes no sense at all. Makes the room feel like a cave.
