« Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. »

« Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation! »

« Lovely & spacious unit. Plenty of natural light with views of the ocean even from a lower level unit. The furniture(sofa, bed, dining table, patio, etc.) we’re all very comfortable to sit or lie on. The patio was very relaxing to meditate on, having the golf course right I. Front of you was never an issue. Daniel was great I all his communication. My one little suggestion would be perhaps some motion night lights in the bedroom & bathroom. No other issues to report. Would definitely stay here...

« Clean and in great condition. Nice amount of amenities in the kitchen (including great knives and food storage), and beach gear. « I have to say I was a little worried about staying here reading some of the posts. The lady at the gate was super nice and welcoming. The host was super friendly and the check in was a breeze. Now onto the house! The view and layout of the house was amazing. The kids loved the pool and fish ponds. The master bed toilet is a little funky and doesn’t work perfect but still worked. I guess the downside to the house is once your in it you really don’t want to go to the beaches haha »
