The most important it’s absolutely 1 min from the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach and spending time on the patio of the house. The property is animal friendly. Nice house and very short walk to the beach. However, attempts to reach the owner with question the day of was unsuccessful and info like "you should bring additional fans for the upstairs bedrooms" was not shared with us until we were already on the road the day of. Another oddity was that none of the beds had top sheets. Fitted, yes. Comforter, yes BUT we all know comforters don't always get washed between guests and since the bath towels that were laid out in the bedrooms were all damp and undried, I highly doubt the comforters were washed. Kinda weird and maybe gross. If I had known, it's an easy fix to bring our own, but again did not have that info until pulling back the comforter to go to bed. Otherwise, it was great. ##### Laura O.
