"Chris the host was very easy to deal with, respected my privacy and was also very responsive to text messages when I needed help. The furnishings in the studio have been upgraded and were much more comfortable than the online photos. And the location could not have been better...Mahalo Chris"
"We spent a week on the farm. Enjoyed the pigs and the roosters. Very easy access to south Kona activities. Really enjoyed the house and the host. Would stay here again. Frogs will sing for you at night, melodically but LOUDLY, Emma thoughtfully provides earplugs. So much nicer than staying in Kailua Kona, which is only 20 min away. Quite relaxing, and great ocean view for sunsets, and then you can build a fire in the firepit."

"Great customer service."

"The Staff, the Luau, the location, and view from our balcony were great.
It was noisier than I would have liked with kids in the pool and adults late at night. Also the rules about the daily card/towels were unclear. We were never charged but it was inconvenient to not be able to get towels before 8am and not be able to keep them over night."
A verified traveller stayed at Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
"This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. It would have been nice to have some tupperware or foil in the kitchen. The walls are thin and we could hear every step made upstairs. There is a nice quiet bay within walking distance. "
