The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both beautiful and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was convenient, with great views. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Some areas could be improved, such as noise levels between rooms and the temperature of the water in the showers. We are group of 3 people so on the check in time my extra bed was not yet added , the reception informed me that the house keeper will add later but it took an hours and I have to remind the reception again. When the housekeeper later came to my room , she was bit rude to set up the extra bed with bad manner speaking the local language which I don’t understand but knew from the body language and facial expression . The 2 pool staffs also not welcome as well.
