Минус. На 1-м этаже может не быть горячая вода. Душ будете принимать на 2-м этаже, проживая на 1-м. Плюсы. Хостел новый (2017), чистый. Персонал приветливый. Напротив вокзала Казань-пассажирская. Бесплатно можно оставить вещи до вечера. Хостел имеет столовую (не посещала). Рядом столовая "Добрая" - вкусно, недорого, домашняя еда. "Пятерочка", "Магнит". Достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую.
