"Great location!"
We were there for 10 days. It was very pleasant stay. Very comfortable. So convenient to everything, shopping, training stations and restaurants. If I would to stay the same area, I would definitely stay there again.

"Location was good and close to tye JR Station"
Close to JR Kawasaki station and the Keihin Touhoku line. Close to a bunch of things to do. Easily accessible by walking from the train station. It's only a 10 minute walk back and forth. The bed isn't the greatest. It's a little to firm for my tastes. The room was clean though, but a little small. It's larger than some Japanese hotels though. The staff is super nice and accommodating.

"Amazing first experience in Japan"
I have lived on various Hostels around the world and I must say this has been the best. The bed/room is in japanese style which mean you basically have your own little room dived from others by a curtain. That is no problem because there is so quiet. If you want to have some socialising there is a lovely restaurant/lounge room to chill in with nice food, music and magazine. There is new towels everyday, shampoos and hairdryer like it was a Hotel! There is to lockers, close to your bed and in the room, and I felt very safe during my stay. The staff gave me advises on attractions to see, and I actually regard I didn't stay longer, since this was only planned to be a short stay coming from the airport and heading to Mt. Fuji. Kawasaki is a nice place and only a fast train trip from Tokyo. There is a lake near by where you can run, and a shopping mall around the corner with an amazing underground food market + very cozy walking streets. If you a low budget, want to get a bit out of the city centre of Tokyo or visit the things Kawasaki has to offer I can recommend you this place anytime!

"It's OK for a short stay. "
Clean and quite and non smoking. Could not get the TV to work...AC working but with some degree of noise if you are a light sleeper it may be a bit of a problem. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Steps to Kawasaki station and train runs into the heart of Tokio in 20 min. Staff was courteous and really tried with English ...not fluent though. Overall a reasonably good stay if in transit. I spent 2 nights there.

    Kawasaki Hotels Guide

Set between Yokohama and Tokyo, Kawasaki is technically considered part of the Great Tokyo region. A main draw in this area is the Kawasaki Daishi temple, built in 1128 and famous for preventing misfortunes. A stop at the Nihon Minka-en (Japan Open-Air Folk House Museum) presents reconstructions of 24 historical buildings from 15 prefectures, dating from the late 17th to the early 20th centuries.
