### Pines Bay Waterfront cottage with Hot tub!

A 1200 sqf family cottage on Gull River off Shadow lake with spectacular kids friendly beach & play area. Only 1.5 hours from the GTA.  
  
There is a large deck at the back of the cottage facing the water for entertaining & BBQ. Beautiful fire pit for hanging out with family and friends.  
  
Family friendly with large flat lot for games, play structure and a small beach area great for kids!  
  
Relax and enjoy the breathtaking water view while soaking in the high end Hot tub.  
  
Cottage is very spacious with 2 bedroom and a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.  
  
ENCLOSED HOT TUB over looking the lake and a private beach !  
  
Cottage is located in a large lot with plenty of space for outdoor fun and games for Kids. There is a large deck for outdoor dining and a firepit for spending time with your family and friends under the stars.  
  
\*\*\* There is a room with single bed which is accessible from the kitchen, and has the access to the hot tub and outdoor space\*\*\*\*  
  
No pets are allowed in this property unless exception granted.  
  
There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.  
  
GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.

• Quite hours between 9 pm & 8 am  
• No shoes in the house  
• Guest should bring their own firewood and ensure fire is put out at end of use.  
• Early check in or late check out can be arranged when available based on availability.  
• Thank you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in leaving the cottage (inside and out) clean and tidy. For guest use, Cottage has a broom, dustpan, dish soap and vacuum  
• No loud music or parties or events at anytime  
• No Fireworks are allowed in the property at all times. Its against the township by-law.  
• Insects and wildlife are a part of cottage country. Please discourage them by keeping doors and screens closed.  
• Maximum two pets allowed.  
• Pets cannot be left unattended, and we ask that you pick up after your pet.  
• Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc  
• Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven.  
• Empty all garbage containers.  
• There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.  
• GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.

#### Perfect getaway

Fantastic cottage for the whole family, whether its letting our son play on the beach, or going out on the lake with the provided kayaks, or relaxing in the enclosed hotub at night with nice moodlights looking out to the lake. Would recommend for a family vacation.

#### 3552 Monck Road

It's a very nice cottage, with a beautiful property. It provides everything you need, and has a lot of closet space. We had a few issues but they were addressed quickly. The homeowner was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working, although there are many other things around the cottage that were two thumbs up. Overall this girls weekend was super fun and relaxing .
