This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed, and a bathroom with all hygiene items. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay there. The apartment also has a small balcony, where you can enjoy an even tastier morning coffee and the warming rays of the sun. Why is it so good here? Because Polo Apartments are your second home! Juozapavičius Avenue and leading to Nemunas. This part of the micro-district is distinguished by many narrow streets, by the side of most them made of wood, low-rise houses with small plots of gardens. This neighbourhood is distinguished by its history, dating back to 1879\. It was decided to build a category I military fortress in Kaunas, which was occupied by Russian, German, and Lithuanian troops during its many years of existence. In a decade, a military town was built on both sides of A. Juozapavičius Avenue: crew barracks, residential houses for the families of non-commissioned officers and officers, a hospital, a church, workshops, a sauna, a forge, etc. In total - 365 buildings of various purposes for units of the 28th division. Currently, most of the barracks have been rebuilt, residential apartments have been installed in them (this apartment is located in one of these barracks), and a private school, police station, business establishments, and shops operate in the barracks. Some of the abandoned barracks buildings haven't been renewed. One of them stands on A. Juozapavičius pr. 19, all that remains of it are the decaying walls. You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Žemieji Šančiai. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an elevator. No shoes inside the apartments No parties or gatherings The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests. Children of all ages are allowed. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed. Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs) The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
