Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This condo is a one-bedroom, single-bath oceanview retreat. This home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen furnished with cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. You'll love the tropical décor and furnishings throughout. This condo is on the second floor with a 60-inch flatscreen TV and free WiFi. There is a covered lanai with nice furniture to hang out on whenever you're not out surfing the fantastic Molokai waters. You'll also have access to a shared pool, a cabana, grills, shared laundry facilities, and our tropically landscaped grounds, plus a beautiful ocean view. When you're ready to turn in for the night, you'll have a well-appointed bedroom to take advantage of, and there is a queen sleeper sofa available in the living room. What's nearby: 38 miles long and only 10 to 15 miles wide, Molokai is the smallest of the main Hawaiian chain. The west side is arid and dry, and during the winter, the beaches are great for surfing, while summer guests love snorkeling and swimming. The eastern side is lush and tropical with miles of barrier reef in front. Molokai's north side is famous for having the world's highest sea cliffs which rise some 3,000 feet out of the ocean. The 2774-acre Kamakou Forest Preserve on Molokai overlooks these sea cliffs and is home to endangered birds and over 200 Hawaiian plants that grow only in this preserve. Molokai's south side is where you will find our main town of Kaunakakai, plus a handful of tourist and art shops, two full-service grocery markets, a health food store, a bakery, and even a wine and cheese shop. You'll also find some shopping in the villages of Kualapu'u and Maunaloa. Things to know: Please note that internet and cell phone reception can be spotty at times. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Jun 15, 2024 #### Unit needs cleaned and stove needs fixed We love the location. However the unit needs a deep clean,fridge is a science experiment and who knows when iy was last cleaned. The stove and oven broke the second day we were there. We had a full fridge and special meals planned for Christmas but we're unable to cook anything. We did have a maintenance person contact us about looking at the stove but because of the holidays no one ever made it out.
