« We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property. It was plenty of space for two couples and an amazing location. I was able to walk to surf hanalei and also walking distance to multiple beautiful beaches. It is also right next to the gorgeous 1 Hotel property with its amenities of coffee shops and restaurants. Easy checkin, easy to find, well equipped. Highly recommend and would stay again. »

« We absolutely love staying here. The entire place is wonderful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. In fact, we call it our second home. We have made this our annual Kauai stay as we impatiently return every year - it truly says everything about how special this place is to us. Additionally, the entire place is thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptional- responsive and truly attentive. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere...

« We had a wonderful stay at Kai Lani. We went with good friends, and in total, our four teenage daughters. It’s a gorgeous property in a lovely location. What a beautiful view we had every morning. Everything was clean, new, and uncluttered. We had a great time lounging together in the mornings in the main living area making coffee, and eating breakfast. « The location was amazing however some things were broken/torn such as upholstery on the furniture and there was a dangerous outlet on the lanai that was burnt out. During the last part of our stay there was a plumbing issue leading to a huge leak resulting in plumbers having to come and fix it and we spent two nights with a very loud construction fan going all day and night to dry the leak and water damage. Two of the three toilets were not working during this time. The vacassa contact was...

« We were so happy with this home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures online. It is located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood near a golf course. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any needs we had. The home was very well equipped including the kitchen, yard and pool toys, bikes, scooters, balls, beach chairs etc. We had a large group and felt we could all be together in the main living area comfortably. The decor and bedding was very well done and...

« We were worried about the reviews about the temperature, but they kindly offered fans. A hiccup the first night- the master was 81 degrees. They were super responsive and helpful and sent someone over quickly and when we got home from dinner the temp was 72!! I learned a few tricks too- close the bathroom and closet doors, keeps lights to a minimum and shades closed. No problem and I am a hot sleeper! The decor is high end and very comfortable. Ocean view amazing. Sheraton beach a 5 minute walk...
