« I don’t like writing bad reviews. I vowed to never stay at aloft Katy mills again. But I did because I needed to be in the area. Stained carpet , table had some hard stuff on it. Ok I just wanted to sleep. The pillow cases had stains. Which is why I travel with my own pillow cases. I forgot to grab my pillow case Aloft is just a name luxurious is a feeling. You won’t get both but you will pay a premium »

William was amazing through the whole time being there. very respectful and informative, when I needed something he went above and beyond and got it for us instead of telling me to find housekeeping. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes his job serious meaning giving us his amazing customer service. Also thank you to Amira as well she was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will be booking for my birthday and having my crew book as well. everything was...

« The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. »

« Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur....
