The Space:  
This exclusive and stylish apartment is designed for four people. It is located on the third floor and features a balcony where guests can relax in a friendly atmosphere. The unit offers a tastefully decorated living room with a double sofa bed, two modern black tables, a cabinet for handy trinkets, a flat-screen television, and a dining table with chairs. In the evenings, you can sit here to relax with your favorite programs. Convenient and quick preparation of meals is made possible by a practically equipped kitchenette. At the disposal of visitors here are such appliances as an induction hob, microwave, oven and electric kettle. In the elegant bedroom there is a large and comfortable double bed, a closet, cabinets and a desk that allows remote work during business trips. Decorated in muted shades of beige, the bathroom offers a shower, washing machine, a welcome toiletries set, towels and a hair dryer. The carefully created arrangement makes the space functional while looking striking. It's worth coming here for both a short trip and a long-term stay.
