Upon crossing the threshold, guests are greeted by a hallway with a spacious closet and mirror, passing through the kitchenette, which leads to the living area connected to the dining room. The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa bed, which will provide a comfortable place to sleep for two, as well as a TV with Internet TV access. The kitchenette was designed with full cooking freedom in mind. It is equipped with a modern induction cooktop, a capacious refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle and a hot air fryer. With these amenities, preparing your favorite home-cooked dishes will be a real pleasure. The bathroom offers a shower cubicle, ideal for refreshing yourself after a long day, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine at guests' disposal, which is especially valuable during longer stays. Complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided to help start your stay. The interior is spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. The pleasant arrangement provides the apartment with a peaceful atmosphere.

It is a great place for both short and long stays for business travelers, couples, or parents with a child. Motorized guests have a parking space located in the garage hall, and bike racks are located on the first floor. It only takes about a 10-minute walk to find yourself in the city's main square intersected by streetcar tracks and surrounded by historic and contemporary buildings. The Galeria Katowicka shopping mall is 650 meters from the property, and nearby grocery stores can be reached in 2-3 minutes for convenient daily shopping. Greenery lovers can reach the Silesian Insurgents Park on foot in less than a quarter of an hour. The Katowice International Congress Center, the Katowice Cultural Zone, as well as the “Spodek” Sports and Entertainment Hall in Katowice, which hosts numerous concerts, are just over 1 km from the accommodation. The place is well connected with other parts of the city - the nearest public transport stops are only a 5-minute walk from the property. It takes 10 minutes to get to the highway by car, and roughly 35 minutes to the international airport.
