Numerous parks and green areas make Ligota an attractive place for walking enthusiasts, jogging, or picnics in nature. For those who enjoy physical activities, there is a climbing wall and the Jump City amusement park near the apartment. The neighborhood of the apartment is full of shops (Żabka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto), cafes (So Coffe, Wild Bean Cafe), restaurants (Susharnia Sushi Bar Katowice, McDonald's, Mega Smak, Karczma Pod Strzechą, Zafer Kebab), service points, and the Libero shopping center. The location facilitates easy mobility due to numerous bus and tram stops (Stara Ligota Rolna, Brynów Orkana, Brynów Kościuszki, Brynów Centrum Przesiadkowe) and a railway station (Katowice Ligota).
