This is a functional and well-organized apartment of 29 m², perfect for a group of friends, a couple, or a small family, as it comfortably accommodates up to four people. The central point is a spacious living room, which serves as a place for relaxation and spending time together. It features a comfortable sofa bed that offers a cozy sleeping space for two people. The living room is equipped with a 40-inch Smart TV with access to internet television, allowing for an evening of relaxation with favorite movies or series. The interior is designed in a modern, minimalist style, and the light colors visually enlarge the space, creating a cozy atmosphere. The living room opens onto a charming balcony, ideal for a morning coffee or evening relaxation with a view of the surroundings. The kitchenette is fully equipped, enabling easy meal preparation.
