Business Deluxe Studio 38 is located in an excellent location, right next to the Silesia City Centre shopping mall. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Silesian Park, which hosts numerous cultural events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. The park features a modern planetarium where visitors can explore the mysteries of the universe. Additionally, the iconic Silesian Stadium is an important venue for sports events and concerts. The park offers a variety of recreational facilities, such as running and cycling paths, tennis courts, and open spaces for different leisure activities. It also houses a zoo where guests can observe and learn about various animal species. Within the park, there are also cultural institutions such as the Silesian Museum and the Katowice Museum, offering insights into the history and culture of the region.  
  
Legendia Silesian Amusement Park is located 1.5 kilometers from the apartment, and the Spodek arena, which hosts numerous sports and entertainment events, is less than a 30-minute walk away. The apartment's neighborhood is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location allows for easy commuting thanks to multiple bus and tram stops (Dąb Szkoła, Józefowiec Jabłoniowa, Silesia City Centre, Dąb Kościół) and a nearby train station (Dąb Huta Baildon).  
  
Business Deluxe Studio 38 features a room with a comfortable king-size bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a variety of amenities, including free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, and kitchen utensils.
