The Limassol Opalia Residences Amber is a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence located on the 1st floor, accessible by both stairs and elevator. As you step inside, you are welcomed by a spacious open plan living and dining area. The living room is tastefully furnished with a modern corner sofa, a 50’’ Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the apartment. Large patio doors lead to a private veranda, furnished with outdoor seating and offering stunning views of the city.  
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a stylish dining table that comfortably seats four guests, making it ideal for home-cooked meals.  
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom. The space is well-lit and designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for rest and relaxation.  
The second bedroom is equally inviting, decorated in warm earthy tones, with queen-size bed and generous ample wardrobe space.  
The modern main bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience that enhances your stay with an added touch of luxury.  
Staying at Limassol Opalia Residences places you at the heart of Limassol’s vibrant and cosmopolitan lifestyle. You’ll be just a 13-minute drive from the Old Port and Limassol Marina, where you can enjoy fine dining, boutique shopping, and scenic walks by the sea. The promenade with its famous Blue Flag beaches is only 15 minutes away by car, ideal for a relaxing day by the water, however for shopping enthusiasts, the luxurious My Mall Limassol is just 6-minute drive away.  
Experience the pinnacle of modern urban living at Limassol Opalia Residences, where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure your comfort and convenience, making your stay in Limassol truly unforgettable.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
