Personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. La réception ouverte 24/h/24h est un vrai plus ainsi que la navette que l’hôtel met à votre disposition entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel. La chambre était très confortable avec un lit vraiment spacieux et la vue de la chambre était très jolie.

The staff were excellent at the Nereus hotel. Nikki at reception was friendly & helpful, with local knowledge, recommending restaurants and Daniel at breakfast made us feel most welcome. Nereus hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but it didn’t detract from our stay. I feel our stay was excellent value for money.

Nice staff and management. Hotel room is nice and comfortable bed. The bathroom tub is peeling inside and needs to be refinished. Water doesn’t drain properly. Breakfast was average. I would stay again

Really nice and comfortable hotel, small and cosy with really good staff who keep it consistently tidy. Only downside is its quite tucked away compared to other hotels but I’d recommend if you prefer smaller places.

Hotel needs an urgent upgrade and repair
The hotel has 3 starts but i would give it only 1. 1. Room: bathroom walls were painted to cover fungus and old tiles. The toilet and bathtub were covered in limestone and toilet was barely functioning. We asked for it to be fixed and they just increased the water pressure so the water kept on running - totally not environmental friendly. Instead of fixing it, they just wasted a lot of water. Room furnture was ok but the sheets needed cleaning. Cleaning personnel was very helful. All appliencies and general state of the room needed urgently an upgrade to fit 3***. 2. Breakfast: they had a project for vegetarian and vegan breakfast only. While i do respect the choice, it is a hotel that is suposed to fit all tastes - so i do not see this as a fit choice. Varienty of foods was very poor 3. Service: staff was very friendly

Leuke tijd gehad bij Nereus. Het personeel is heel heel vriendelijk! Wel is het hotel dringend aan een renovatie toe. Badkamer is verouderd en het hotel is heel lawaaierig. Elke deur die dichtgaat ga je wel horen op je kamer. Ontbijt is dan aan de andere kant wel heel heel goed!

The room was of a great size and very comfortable. With a private balcony. The negative side of our staying was the bathroom. The bathroom is in very bad shape and urgently needs to be renovated. Everything inside the bathroom was literally falling apart. The room was clean however we found a contact lenses on the bathroom floor which made us doubt of the level of cleanliness inside the bathroom. Overall we felt comfortable in the room, unfortunately we can’t say the same about the bathroom.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Nereus. Hotellet er ikke nyt, men der er lavet fine tiltag for at gøre det hyggeligt. Beliggenheden er god, i gåafstand fra havnepromenaden, den kødfri morgenmad er rigtig god, personalet er smilende og imødekommende og rengøringen og servicen er i top.

It might be classed as 3 Star but it is the best.
Nereus is a wonderful family run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly like the downstairs restaurant bar area. Creative and comfortable. I like the rooms as well. They have a nice 'Greek' feel to them, very clean but not a standard hotel look. I had some interesting conversations about life and the meaning of the universe with the staff and management. Intelligent people! This is not a typical hotel but the best for me. The fact that it has the highest rebook rate among longer staying guests says it all. The location is very convenient for everything. Restaurants, the front is about 7 minutes away, Papantonio Supermarket(Sainsburys) and the bus station are a 10 minute walk away. All in all, highly recommended.

Lovely hotel where the staff were incredibly helpful especially during a storm where we had an issue with the rain leaking in. Dealt with quickly and efficiently. The vegetarian breakfast was lovely with so many options. Would recommend a stay here.

I spent two nights in this hotel "in-transit" after three weeks in a Villa. The staff were amazing, fun, friendly, polite and efficient, car parking is ok but limited The food served was plentiful and to a good standard but is a Vegetarian menu so no bacon :( Overall a good location and handy for the beach and shops, in my room I could not lock the window and at five foot eight tall my feet poked out the bottom of the bed so if you think you are going to get a King size bed think again. La cosa che più ci ha colpiti è la pulizia della stanza e del bagno, le donne che si occupano delle camere sono gentili e molto professionali. Il personale della struttura è gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! La colazione è buona e abbondante. Unica cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è che la colazione inglese fosse vegetariana, ci sarebbe piaciuto assaggiare anche il bacon ma, in generale, l’hotel ha una qualità/prezzo eccellente!
