"Our room was so comfortable!! We had an early commitment to get to the triathlon so the clerk allowed us to grab a bite for breakfast, before breakfast was served."
"liked that my room had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. came for a race (triathlon) at discovery world, and this hotel was the perfect place to stay."
"This was such a cool find! We were in town for a triathlon and wanted to be in walking distance of the venue at Veterans Park. Kinn Guesthouse fit the bill and had so much more. Our room was super spacious and gorgeous. Great shower and scrumptious smelling bath products. Awesome kitchen on 2nd floor with quick breakfast items and a gourmet coffee machine was a huge plus. Concierge was fantastic with some superb dining recommendations in walking distance. Only small complaint was there was some kind of mattress protector that wasn’t breathable at all and made for some sweaty sleeping, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that a great stay! "
