"The staff is absolutely first class‼️ As are all KGH Group properties, the management is cheap. Half rolls of toilet paper, no tissues in the room, their lovely old wooden furniture needs varnish and repairing chips. I love the fact that there is a bunch of half feral cats, all well fed and taken care of by the staff. They lounge around in the gardens. They don’t approach the guests but also don’t run away. "We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! We got the feeling this hotel is more geared towards businesspeople from...
