We have stayed at Kantipur Village a few times and so far it has never dissapointed , From the hotel lobby to the buffet breakfast, everybody has been exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the ammenities in the hotel have made our stay comfortable.

TBH I was expecting nothing much but just a service that a hotels provide but when I reach there the bookings that I made was not available. They just told me while I was checking in. The hotel is not responsible for what they did I had to spend my 2 hours of time there just to sort it out. At last I had to book another hotel and I was about to get charged penalty while I cancel it. It was a terrible and unmanaged service I had ever.

Uma otima surpresa a hospedagem no Kantipur por 7 noites. O atendimento foi excelente e Bob nos auxiliou a encontrar o guia Sr Ram - em espanhol que nos facilitou a comunicação- para os passeios padrão em 2 dias. E foi tudo tão perfeito que fizemos um 3º dia aceitando a sugestão do Sr Ram. A localização é perfeita e se chega caminhando em várias atrações. Diversas opções de restaurantes e comercios na volta. O café da manhã é preparado personalizado e com muitas opções. Tudo muito gostoso. Restaurante ótimo e com preço justo. Toda a equipe muito bem treinada com simpatia, agilidade , educados e sempre prontos para auxiliar. Limpeza impecável e atende ao protocolo de autossustentável e ecológico: o hospede solicita se quer troca de toalhas ou lençóis ou limpeza no quarto, o que nos trouxe privacidade. Uma excelente experiência.
