Good location if you can find it--it's tucked away between two streets. There were tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes right outside, and museums/parks within a short walk. The rooms were very comfortable. Despite being in the center of a vibrant neighborhood, it was very quiet at night. Carmen went above and beyond in helping us to schedule a half-day guided tour of Kathmandu and was extremely kind and attentive--he made us feel welcome and well cared for. And Narayan enthusiastically helped us select some amazing shopping.
