STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a mid stay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

Please note that in order to access the property at check-in, guests must complete this prior to their check-in date.
