Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

My true comments

The hotel kept on saying I have not paid, lock all doors and did not allow us to check in until I shown them my confirmation email. The rooms were very dirty especially the toilet. All things were broken in the shower room, no hot water, no blankets. Please keep away from this hotel if possible.
Stayed 1 night in Jan 2018
