Villa Petra is a charming holiday home with a private pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for up to eight guests. Located in the peaceful village of Kaštelir, just 7 km from the sea, this villa offers a relaxing retreat with a stunning view of the western Istrian coast and lush green surroundings.  
  
The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi — ideal for relaxation throughout your stay. There are also a toilet and a shower. Upstairs, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms ensuring comfort for all guests.  
  
The outdoor area is just as inviting, with a summer kitchen with barbecue by the pool, perfect for dining al fresco. A children’s playground is also available, making Villa Petra an excellent choice for families.  
From the balcony and the poolside, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. All rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort, and private parking is available in front of the house.  
  
Just a short walk away, guests will find a restaurant serving renowned Istrian specialties, making it easy to enjoy the region’s local cuisine.
