With four levels sharing a specious 400 m² interior with seven bedrooms, plus two kitchens and two living rooms everyone in the group is sure to have their corner of privacy. Semi underground level offers entertainment such as a sauna, wine cellar, pool table, table tennis and a gym. First level consists of 2 double bedrooms, the second levelof 1bedroom with 2 single beds and finally the 3rdlevel is where you will find 3 double bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Seasonal heated pool, sun loungers, BBQ facilities and a shaded lounge area are also available for your enjoyment.In seven bedrooms 14 guest are comfortably accommodated. Additionally, one adult or two children can be accommodated on the sofa bed available on the third level.Located between the Kozjak mountains and the sparkling blue sea, half way between cultural centers of Split and Trogir, Kaštela has for centuries been the place to be. The noble families have thought so and have built their castles here, which is where Kaštela gets its name.Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. Be sure to visit UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 10 minute drive away. The place was immaculate great pool area, this place is massive we had bbqs and great cooking area. The fridge is already stocked with drinks so you just keep a tally and pay at the end. Fantastic bakery at the top of the road. Beach is 5 minute walk. The location is perfect as you’re halfway between Split and Trogir but lots of restaurants and stuff to do at the beach. Bikes are perfect, I went for a bike ride to the beach every morning and it was lovely. This is an amazing place ##### Martin A. The villa amenities itself were amazing and there was so much space to all be in one room or be away from others as needed over the week. There are 2 big lounges, lots of balconies and a cellar with a table and drinks area. We had great weather for late october and having a heated pool was great for the kids plus there was plenty of sunbeds, chairs and a bbq to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The sauna and games area were also lovely to make use of and having some bikes there was a great idea as a few of us went out for a ride. There is a nearby bakery and shop and restaurants that you can walk to and split and trogir were a short uber away. Ivana (host) was lovely and met us and helped us order food on the first night as well as helping us with questions throughout the week. If i visit Croatia again would be happy to come back. My only suggestion would be to have a kettle in each kitchen to save having to carry hot drinks up and down the stairs. ##### stephanie s. Kastel Luksic is a gorgeous town itself, right on the beach with beautiful restaurants and friendly bars. The owners Ivana and Ante could not have been more helpful and our every ask was their command. The highlight for us was the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of both the owner and Anke. The owner was wonderful in helping us get acclimated to the area and move around. When there was an unexpected problem with the house (through no one's fault), the owner and her husband couldn't have been more solicitous and helpful in making sure the problem had the least impact on my family, They were warm, caring, and made sure we had what we needed to successfully continue our vacation. And just a short bus ride away from split main town. This villa is a must. The owner Ivana was absolutely fantastic and was there at a blink of an eye for any problems we had. There was free transport to and from the airport by a tour guide named John. There was plenty of space for a group of this size and the property was very clean. The outdoor facilities are excellent - the pool is great, and there is a BBQ, kids' play area and outdoor seating area which we enjoyed using. The villa was perfect for our stay, my only suggestion to the owners/managers would be that more day-to-day essentials be provided - things like more cleaning materials (for wiping kitchen surfaces etc), toilet rolls, more kitchen utensils & kettle etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and we wanted to stay longer. The owner was really good to deal with - always contactable and even let us have a later check out.
