Located on a property of 800 m², and the house itself, along with all its extra spaces, covers an area of 600 m² and consists of: the main building, which stretches over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor – main floor and second floor – top floor) and a swimming pool.
Feel good house has available for guests 4 bedrooms with 12 beds, 3 bathrooms and two kitchens.
Two floors available for guests each consists of a spacious living rooms, library and modern sofas. The living room extends to the dining room, with a dining table and chairs. This area is connected to the professional and fully equipped high-tech kitchen. On each floor there are two bedrooms.
The villa is enhanced by the fabulous swimming pool and sundeck.
It's fully equipped with all technical devices and systems. It is equipped with air conditioning, LCD satellite TVs, wireless Internet access. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes: a stove, hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, blender, juicer, and toaster.
