The villa is fully private, with a great big garden, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, big living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc, all areas with A/C and satellite wifi, to ensure a stress free vacation! Located in a fenced group of properties, Foxen villa is the only one that is currently used, so for the total of your stay you will be in an area with no other people ensuring a ''full privacy'' during your stay. Sani is in 1.8km distance which can be done in under 5 minutes by car. Entering Sani you will find beach bar 'Anemos' when you can relax by the sea with top service, you can also stroll around Sani marina visit the local shops, dine in the best restaurants of Halkidiki and drink your cocktails by the sea. Taking a little trip at 15km you can find the picturesque village of Afytos, a classic stone made village with lots of dinning options and scenic alleys to stroll around with your company.
