On a hill in the traditional village of Nea Fokaia in Kassandra, Chalkidiki, those modern stone houses are built in harmony with the landscape. The view from the swimming pool area is expanding towards the olive trees and sea and the access to the nearest beach is an only seven-minute walking distance. Those modern stone villas with private pool create a relaxed and restful environment. They are light and airy designed in alignment with indoor-outdoor living concept.

The villa spans over 130 square meters, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals using fresh local ingredients. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and dining space.  
  
This villa boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom in the ground floor boasts a luxurious double bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second and third bedrooms offer two bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. An additional bathroom on the ground floor provides convenience and privacy for all guests. The fourth room is on the top floor along with a king bed, living space with a sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, office space and a balcony with incredible sea view.  
  
Step outside to your own private paradise—a stunning 150-square-meter garden complete with a barbecue area. Enjoy al fresco dining with loved ones, savoring the flavors of grilled delicacies amidst the serene surroundings.
