Lots of room for visiting with friends and family. Conveniently located for site seeing, river fishing and charters. A couple of constructive suggestions: we would have liked to enjoy the yard more (perhaps cut the grass around the home and add a fire pit). Also there would be a beautiful view of the inlet if a couple of trees were cut or trimmed. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. I guess the house water boiler is powered by propane and they ran out on that day, which was little frustrating because was a cold morning and we decided to clean the place and shower before leaving.
