The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my brother in law a fairly tough guy was awake most of the night. The apartment is freezing and there is no heating until the end of October! Deco is v strange too."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"Sorry to say but the price did not reflect the condition of the place. The shower was filthy when we arrived. We had to buy our own detergents to clean it. The TV did not work. There was a problem with hot water and internet. If it hadn't been paid up front we would have left. The local area was nice of cause and the staff was helpful."
