Villa Jibreel – Beautiful 5-Bedroom Family Villa in Peaceful Kalamar Bay With Sea Views, Heated Pool & Roof Terrace  
  
Escape to Villa Jibreel, a recently renovated and beautifully furnished 5-bedroom villa located in the tranquil Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. Spanning four floors, the villa is perfect for families and groups, offering stunning sea views from three levels, a secluded pool terrace, a stylish dining terrace, and a spectacular roof terrace for sunset drinks. With thoughtful design, child-friendly features, and a peaceful setting, Villa Jibreel is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Kalkan.  
  
Entrance  
  
Villa Jibreel has private off-road parking at the front of the property. Gated steps lead down through a pretty garden to the main entrance.  
  
Ground Floor – Living & Dining  
  
The front door opens into a bright hallway and lounge with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcasing the sea views. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and pouffe.  
A 4K Smart TV with Firestick offers international channels, Netflix, YouTube and more. A small balcony off the lounge provides a perfect spot for a morning coffee.  
  
On the opposite side, sliding doors open to the spacious outdoor dining terrace, shaded by a pergola and furnished with a marble table seating up to 10 guests.  
  
A WC is located just off the lounge.  
  
Kitchen:  
The separate, modern kitchen opens onto the dining terrace and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso machine—fully equipped for self-catering.  
  
Steps lead down to the pool level and up to the first floor.  
  
Lower Floor – Pool Level Bedrooms  
  
A corridor on this level contains storage cupboards, a family shower room, and a side door that leads directly to the pool terrace.  
  
Double Bedroom  
The largest bedroom in the villa, featuring a king-size bed, double wardrobe, vanity unit, padded headboard, desk and chair, plus a 4K Smart TV with Firestick. Two sets of sliding doors open directly to the pool terrace.  
  
Twin/King Bedroom  
This flexible room can be arranged as either two singles or one king-size bed. Large sliding doors provide direct pool access. The room includes a wardrobe, bedside table and vanity unit.  
  
Both bedrooms share the family shower room.  
  
First Floor – En-Suite Bedrooms  
  
Master Bedroom  
A bright and elegant room with a double bed, en-suite shower room, triple wardrobe with vanity mirror, and a furnished private balcony with stunning sea views.  
  
Double Bedroom  
This room features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe with vanity area, and private sea-view balcony with bistro seating. A secure, large jeweller-style safe is located here.  
  
Top Floor – Twin Bedroom & Roof Terrace  
  
At the top of the villa is a handy kitchenette with an under-counter fridge—perfect for cold drinks at sunset. A washing machine is also located here.  
  
Twin Bedroom  
A welcoming room with two single beds, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. A large picture window offers beautiful Kalamar Bay views and includes a child-safety locking system.  
  
A shower room is located next to this bedroom.  
  
Roof Terrace  
  
One of the standout features of Villa Jibreel.  
This panoramic terrace includes:  
  
Large L-shaped sofa and coffee table  
  
A stylish shaded pergola
