Your barbecue is very useful and stable on the pool terrace with plenty of shade. A dining table for 8 people is placed next to your barbecue. 8 sun loungers are ready for you to sunbathe. A sitting group overlooking the pool is also located on the pool terrace to read a book and sip your tea. There is a shower for use before and after the pool. When you reach the main door of the building from the pool terrace, the hall of the house welcomes you. When you enter, you will see a fully equipped kitchen on your left and a living room with a dining table on your right. There is a front door opening from the living room to the pool terrace, which also has a beautiful landscape section. There is a communal toilet serving this floor. The room on the ground floor has a double bed, make-up table, wardrobe,. When you arrive on the first floor, the first door that welcomes you opens to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, WC, jacuzzi and a balcony with Kalkan view. The second door that you will encounter will be the bathroom and toilet door serving the 1st, 3rd and 4th rooms. The doors of the 3rd and 4th rooms are side by side on the same stair landing. The 3rd room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, a balcony overlooking the pool area for fresh air. The balcony in the last room faces east, that is, where you will feel the morning sun on your skin. This room also has a double bed, wardrobe and make-up. As a location, Kalkan is only 650 meters away from traffic lights. The road from the center to the villa consists of concrete and asphalt.
