Part of a trio of villas, this west-facing property enjoys a private setting, its own parking, and captivating sunsets. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, and space for up to six guests, Akasya Dio is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy. This charming holiday home is the middle unit in the complex, strategically positioned to maximize the unparalleled view of the bay. (For this reason, a relatively powerful vehicle is recommended). Key Features Interior: Open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), three bathrooms, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ample facilities for a totally relaxing stay away from it all. Exterior: Private 10m x 4m infinity pool with jacuzzi, shaded dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, and parking.
