« Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

« This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! »
