We visited over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were fantastic! Although there was a language barrier, everyone was friendly and really made an effort to make sure our needs were met. The hotel isn’t in the best location but you can easily walk into town and the hotel provides a shuttle to the ski resort and train station. Our room was huge!
