Just like its name, very comfortable. Especially its bed. There is a loft bed over standard double bed. That is perfect for us. Me and my ten-year-old child could use the double bed and my husband uses the loft bed. I will stay there again if we go there again.

But the property is far from Karuizawa station and there is not restaurants near the property so if you stay here, you need to eat the dinner near the station. And around this property, the street lights are few so the area is dark and danger to walk around here in the midnight.

トイレに入った瞬間、トイレ臭く、便器の黒ずみも見えて、汚くて警戒して使ってました。 また部屋がホコリがあり、コップ、ケトルもホコリがあって掃除が非常に汚いと感じました。 またタオルに髪の毛、バスタブにも髪の毛がありました。 あの普通な値段ですが、掃除は最低必要なことと思います。

シルバーウィークと言うこともあり、混んでいた。朝食を現地でお願いしようと思っていたが、既に一杯で朝食ビュッフェは食べられなかったが、近くにローソンもあったので助かった。もう少し飲食店が近場にあれば良かった。
