Straightforward, clean, no-nonsense one-bedroom suites. I liked having the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen might be useful for a longer stay, but I was only there one night. Not a fancy place, but comfortable enough for a brief stay.

The property had their AC units settings locked at a minimum setting of 24 and you cannot take any lower Also house keeping turn all Ac units off everyday so upon return on a plus 40 degree day the room is terribly hot All because they think they are saving a couple of $ on energy However when you charge the amount you do this should be a customer choice of comfort level not yours Won’t stay here again

Hi Ashley, I am disappointed with your review. Yes, we have new energy saving remotes and we have never had a complaint about them. You forget to mention that when you complained about the aircons we gave you different remotes that allowed you to set the air cons to whatever temperature you wanted, so I don't understand why you felt the need to complain on here when we sorted the problem for you immediately. It sounds like nothing we did would have changed your view. I am also not sure why you extended your stay if you were so unhappy here??? Our prices are competitive with other self contained apartments, but if you were after a donga unit or a simple motel room then yes they are more affordable. Regards Violet

Great location and very comfortable accommodation
Great accommodation and very comfortable in all aspects. We checked on on a saturday afternoon and had to ring a number to access the code for the room as no one at reception. This went very smoothly, but it might be a good idea to include a map of the facility with room allocation highlighted so that it is easier to find the room. Parking behind the rooms, but our room entrance was at the front of the facility. Felt that we walked around in circles as there was no visible signage saying rooms x to z (for example) go this way. A small thing, but would make it easier on guests who have travelled long distances

Hi Marian, Thank you for your comprehensive review. I will definitely talk to my Director to see if we can possibly install signage for the rooms. This is a very good point, which no one has bought up with us yet. In the meantime there is a map on the wall next to the safe with all room numbers. We booked and arrived after hours on a Sunday night and the process was very easy and phone staff were great. The facilities were excellent, we will definitely stay here again. Great location as well.

We weren't advised that check in was not open on the weekends and it wasn't obvious where reception was from the street so this made the process a little frustrating. The bed was quite firm though otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic. I was able to check in early because of the cyclone due in Karratha and the ladies were so kind and lovely. The unit was comfortable, safe (during the cyclone) and clean. Wifi worked great too.

Hi Anonymous, I am sorry you felt this way about our property. Unfortunately, there is not a lot I can do about our location. Although we are out of town, it is still only a 7 minute drive to the main shops and 5 minutes to the airport. This information is on our website. As for our facilities, every room has a full kitchen and laundry for self service. There is a very nice Restaurant/Bar within a 2 minute walk from us, that our regular guests love. As for our prices, I think if you checked accommodation in Karratha, you will not find a better deal for a fully self-contained apartment. We hope you had a safe onward journey. A little bit of home, a long way away
After travelling 250km on dirt from Karinjini, this motel was a breath of fresh air. Great bed, kitchen, laundry and quiet location was just what we needed.
