No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025\. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard all over the hotel including by the pool and in the dining area. Complaining to the hotel and to hotels.com. The hotel stated as the booking was non refundable they would not do refund me or help me move to another hotel on the island that was part of the chain. I continued to dispute this as they had lied to me at the time of booking not stating there was construction ongoing that would cause significant noise during my 2 week stay. I would never have booked the hotel as there were many other hotels to pick for the same price. After three days of complaining. I was moved to a third room that was slightly quieter. Eventually they agreed to allow me to move to another hotel in the chain for the second week. As an apology I was given all inclusive at the hotel for the first week. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. The corridors have very worn carpet. Two stunning bays are just a few minutes’ walk away: • One with a lovely beach bar and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. • The other, more natural and ideal for snorkeling in crystal-clear water. Restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance, and the locals are incredibly warm and service-minded. The Villa: Spacious and ideal for families or groups – we were eight people and had plenty of room. The garden with the large pool is a real highlight, and those who enjoy jogging will find beautiful coastal paths right outside the door. Amenities: The villa is well equipped and offers everything you need. Organization: Booking, check-in and communication via WhatsApp were smooth and easy. Everything was perfectly organized – straightforward and professional. Conclusion: A truly wonderful place to relax and unwind – perfect location, excellent service, and a feel-good atmosphere all around. We&rsquod love to come back! Regular buses nearby to go into Protaras for more variety of restaurants. From upstairs balcony there is a view of the sea. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a beach and fishing harbour and walk to other beaches. The villa is very nice inside and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking at the photo of the pool, it is very misleading as this is the view from the balcony to the beach and features the pool next door which was beautiful. Although I swam in our pool every morning and enjoyed it, it was a bit strange with a very shallow part with no access unless you slid in from the side. The ladder access took you to the deep end. It was fine for me as a regular swimmer but could be an issue for someone less confident. The pool would look nicer with tiles on the bottom. It was painted blue and had lots of scrapes when cleaned. We like to sit in the sunshine all day and we’re able to do that by moving around the poolside throughout the day when the sun moved and we’re happy with that. The owner was very helpful when asked for advice but what would be really helpful would be a file in the villa with helpful information. All the other villas we have been to have had that. This would have details like where is the nearest shop, restaurant, bus stop, beach, walks and instructions to use the washing machine and cooker. We found out these details quite quickly but a file would have helped."
